Parties:

This Confidentiality Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between:

  6. Enforcement: The Parties agree that any breach of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm to the Company for which monetary damages may not be an adequate remedy. In such cases, the Company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief or any other equitable remedies available at law or in equity.

Entire Agreement:
