This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Wedding Planner Name] ("Wedding Planner") and [Client Name] ("Client").

1. Services

The Wedding Planner agrees to provide wedding planning services to the Client for their wedding event scheduled to take place on [Wedding Date] at [Venue Name], located at [Venue Address].

2. Scope of Services

The Wedding Planner will provide the following services:

  • Initial consultation to discuss the Client's vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Assistance with selecting and booking vendors, including but not limited to venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and checklist.
  • Coordination of all wedding-related logistics, including rehearsals, ceremony, and reception.
  • On-site coordination and supervision on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Regular communication and updates with the Client throughout the planning process.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Wedding Planner a total fee of [Total Amount] for the wedding planning services rendered. A non-refundable retainer fee of [Retainer Amount] is due at the time of booking to secure the Wedding Planner's services for the specified date. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event that the Client cancels the wedding or changes the wedding date, the retainer fee shall be forfeited. If the Wedding Planner is unable to perform the services on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the services to a mutually agreed-upon date. If rescheduling is not possible, the Wedding Planner's liability shall be limited to the refund of the retainer fee.

5. Liability

The Wedding Planner shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the Client or any third party arising out of or in connection with the wedding event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information to the Wedding Planner, including preferences, contact details, and any changes to the wedding plans. The Client also agrees to cooperate with the Wedding Planner and adhere to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.

7. Confidentiality

The Wedding Planner agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and to use it only for the purpose of providing the wedding planning services outlined in this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement
