This Bookkeeping Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE], by and between:

1. Services

Bill Payment Making bill payments on Client's behalf (upon approval)
 

The specific scope of the Services will be further defined in the SOW, which may be amended from time to time upon mutual written agreement of the parties.

2. Fees

4. Performance Standards

5. Obligations of the Client

Client agrees to:

  • Provide Bookkeeper with timely and accurate financial data, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
  • Grant Bookkeeper access to Client's accounting software and financial data as necessary to perform the Services.
  • Respond promptly to Bookkeeper's inquiries regarding financial data or bookkeeping procedures.
  • Review and approve financial reports generated by Bookkeeper on a timely basis.

6. Working Situation

Client and Bookkeeper will agree on a communication plan and preferred method of document exchange (e.g., secure online portal, email). Bookkeeper will be available to answer Client's questions regarding the Services during regular business hours ([HOURS]).

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to hold in confidence all non-public information of the other party obtained in connection with this Agreement. 8. Resolution of Disputes

12. Waiver

No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
